Рост акцизов на ГСМ идет по плану

Акцизы на нефтепродукты в Молдове в 2018 г. увеличились почти на 9%. Cогласно одобренной бюджетно-налоговой и таможенной политике на 2018 г., ставка акциза на бензин в 2018 г., выросла с 4560 до 4961 лея за тонну (+8,8%), на дизтопливо – с 1926 до 2092 леев (+8,6%) за тонну, на сжиженный газ - с 2875 до 3124 леев за тонну (+8,7%). Также более высокие ставки акцизов на нефтепродукты запланированы последующие два года: на бензин они составят в 2019 г. и 2020 г. 5414 и 5960 леев за тонну, для дизтоплива – 2280 и 2508 леев за тонну, для сжиженного газа – 3406 и 3580 леев за тонну. Размер акциза на мазут в 2018-2020 гг. сохранится на уровне 409 леев за тонну. Ранее в Минфине отметили, что ставки акцизов на нефтепродукты, импортируемые и/или поставляемые на территорию Молдовы (бензин, дизтопливо и их производные, природный и сжиженный газ) предлагается устанавливать в размере, позволяющем поэтапное приведение акцизов в соответствие с европейской директивой 2003/96/ЕС от 27.10.2003, в соответствии с графиком, установленным в Соглашении об ассоциации РМ-ЕС. Эта директива устанавливает минимальные ставки акцизов на нефтепродукты: бензин - 359 евро за тонну, дизтопливо - 330 евро/т, сжиженный газ - 125 евро/т, природный газ - 2,6 евро /ГДж.
