Розничная торговля на базе патента разрешена до конца 2022 г.

Вступил в силу Закон о внесении изменений в Закон о предпринимательском патенте, который предусматривает увеличение срока деятельности на основании патента в области розничной торговли. Согласно документу, опубликованному «Monitorul Oficial» 16 августа, розничная торговля с лотков, прилавков, из палаток, киосков (ларьков), павильонов и автомашин, а также реализация пищевых продуктов и скоропортящихся товаров отечественного производства при условии соблюдения санитарно-эпидемиологических требований их складирования, хранения и реализации разрешена до 31 декабря 2022 г. для владельцев патентов, которые на 31 декабря 2019 г. будут обладать патентами на соответствующие виды деятельности. Торговля на базе патента будет разрешена на коммерческих рынках, открытых в соответствии с Законом о внутренней торговле, а также в местах, разрешенных местными органами власти. Запрет на розничную торговлю на базе патента переносился несколько раз. С целью обеспечения непрерывности деятельности патентообладателей и для поддержки мелких предпринимателей, было решено продлить право торговой деятельности на базе патента. Одновременно правительство планирует создавать условия для упрощения налогового режима и деятельности физлиц, которые осуществляют независимую деятельность в области розничной торговли.
