Serviciul vamal exclude cozile la ieşirea din ţară

Serviciul Vamal elimină aglomerările de autocamioane în postul vamal de frontieră ”Otaci” prin instituirea unei noi zone de control vamal, care va activa în regim 24/7. Toate procedurile de vămuire vor fi efectuate în zona de control vamal aflată la 1,5 km distanță de frontieră, urmând ca în punctul de trecere să fie efectuată doar înregistrarea traversării și autorizarea scoaterii mărfurilor de pe teritoriul țării. Având în vedere că cele mai mari aglomerări sunt consemnate la ieșirea din țară, la etapa inițială, zona va fi prevăzută pentru perfectarea operațiunilor de export și reexport, iar perfectarea celorlalte regimuri vamale va fi efectuată în baza unei cereri prealabile. Noua zonă de control vamal este amplasată pe traseul R-9 Soroca-Otaci (km 40), aflându-se la intersecția mai multor artere importante de circulație. Cu o suprafață de 0,5 ha, noua zonă de control vamal va avea o capacitate de procesare de circa 120 camioane pe zi, constituind fluxul zilnic atestat pe sensul de ieșire din țară prin postul vamal ”Otaci”. Aceasta va mai dispune de o parcare prevăzută pentru 35 de autocamioane, două depozite și o cameră de păstrare a corpurilor delicte. Costul total al lucrărilor de construcție se cifrează la 8,5 mil. lei, sumă alocată de către Î.S. ”Vamservinform”. Serviciul Vamal se află în proces de elaborare a studiilor de fezabilitate pentru construcția unor asemenea zone de control vamal pentru alte posturi vamale care înregistrează valori mari de trafic: Giurgiulești (MD-RO), Sculeni, Costești, Leușeni. Acestea vor fi realizate în cadrul Programului Operațional România-Republica Moldova 2014-2020, finanțat de Uniunea Europeană. Totodată, autoritatea vamală intenționează construcția unui terminal vamal în raza de responsabilitate a biroului vamal Centru, care să corespundă tuturor rigorilor internaționale privind domeniul administrării vamale. Ulterior, proiectul se preconizează a fi extins pentru construcția a altor două terminale vamale, dislocate în aria de competență a birourilor vamale Nord și Sud.
