Sistemul de pensii: majorarea vârstei de pensionare şi prestaţii pentru beneficiari din stânga Nistrului

Femeile din partea stânga a Nistrului, cu vârsta cuprinsă între 55 de ani și vârsta standard de pensionare, care, conform art 41 (alin.1) din Legea privind sistemul public de pensii, se va majora către anul 2028 până la 63 de ani, vor beneficia de alocație lunară, în cazul în care nu vor avea pensii stabilite de autoritățile de la Tiraspol. Legea ce se referă la asigurarea în continuare a protecției sociale suplimentare a unor categorii de populație a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial, nr. 253-264 din 21 iulie curent. În același timp, bărbații cu vârsta cuprinsă între 60 de ani și vârsta standard de pensionare, care, în conformitate cu același articol din Legea privind sistemul public de pensii va constitui, către anul 2019, 63 ani, vor beneficia de prestații sociale. Legea publicată a fost elaborată pentru aducerea în concordanță a prevederilor Legii privind protecția socială suplimentară a unor beneficiari de pensii și a unor categorii de populație cu modificările recent efectuate în Legea privind sistemul public de pensii, care au fost introduse prin Legea nr.290 din 16.12.2016. Menționăm că potrivit Legii nr.290 din 16.12.2016, începând cu 1 iulie 2019, se stabilește vârsta standard de pensionare de 63 de ani pentru bărbați și, începând cu 1 iulie 2028, vârsta standard de pensionare de 63 de ani pentru femei. Atingerea acesteia se realizează prin creșterea anuală a vârstelor standard de pensionare, conform eșalonării stabilite în următorul tabel:
