Solicitarea de autorizații de construire a sporit cu 50,1%

În primele 9 luni ale anului curent, în Republica Moldova au fost eliberate 3279 autorizaţii de construire pentru clădiri rezidenţiale şi nerezidenţiale, în creștere cu 50,1% față de ianuarie-septembrie 2020, comunică Biroul Național de Statistică.
 
Astfel, în ianuarie-septembrie 2021 au fost eliberate 2442 autorizații de construire pentru clădiri rezidenţiale și 837 autorizații de construire pentru clădiri nerezidenţiale, în creștere, respectiv, cu 62,2% și cu 23,3% față aceeași perioadă din anul 2020.

 

Totodată, în profil regional se observă creșterea numărului autorizațiilor de construire pentru clădiri rezidenţiale în mun. Chișinău (cu 761 autorizații sau de 2,2 ori mai mult), precum și în regiunile Nord (cu 12,6%), Centru (cu 39,7%) și Sud (cu 21,6%). Doar în UTA Găgăuzia au fost eliberate cu 11,8% mai puține autorizaţii de acest gen.

 

A sporit și numărul autorizațiilor de construire pentru clădiri nerezidenţiale. Cea mare creștere a fost înregistrată în regiunile Nord (cu 52,7%), Centru (cu 40,7%) și în UTA Găgăuzia (cu 23,7%). În mun. Chișinău s-au eliberat cu 13,0% mai multe autorizații. În același timp, în regiunea Sud astfel de autorizații s-au eliberat cu 19,7% mai puține.

 

Datele BNS mai arată că, în ianuarie-septembrie 2021, numărul autorizațiilor de construire eliberate pentru clădiri în mediul urban și în cel rural a crescut cu 60,4% și, respectiv, cu 36,8% față de ianuarie-septembrie 2020.
