Solicitarea online a informației din Registrul bunurilor imobile

Informațiile din Registrul bunurilor imobile comandate online și disponibile anterior doar pentru bunurile amplasate în mun. Chișinău, pot fi solicitate prin internet pentru toate imobilele amplasate pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, anunță Agenţia Servicii Publice.
 
Astfel, cetățenii pot solicita online:
  • eliberarea planului cadastral la nivel de sector cadastru (reprezentarea informaţiei grafice despre toate terenurile înregistrate cuprinse întru-un sector cadastral)
  • eliberarea planului cadastral pentru un bun imobil: teren, încăpere izolată sau loc de parcare (reprezentarea grafică din baza de date a cadastrului bunului imobil înregistrat)
  • eliberarea extrasului din Registrul bunurilor imobile sau extrasul din capitolul-supliment al Registrului bunurilor imobile. În regim de urgență, această opţiune este disponibilă pentru bunurile imobile amplasate în municipii și orașe.
 
Totodată, actele comandate în regim de urgenţă prin serviciul online şi achitate prin Mpay până la ora 1200 a zilei de achitare, pot fi ridicate în aceeaşi zi de la ora 1500 până la ora 1600 la sediul Serviciului cadastral teritorial, în a cărui rază de activitate se află bunul imobil.
