Succesul Programului „Prima Casă”

În cadrul Programului „Prima Casă” numărul beneficiarilor a depășit pragul de 1000 de persoane. Afirmația aparține premierului Pavel Filip și a fost făcută în cadrul ședinței de ieri a Guvernului. E îmbucurător că acest program ia amploare. Dacă anterior se reușea în fiecare an să se acorde cel puțin 1000 de apartamente, asta ar însemna că mii de familii sau mii de oameni ramâneau aici, acasă, să muncească în Republica Moldova și nu plecau peste hotare, a spus prim-ministrul. Succesul programului se datorează inclusiv autorităților responsabile pentru implementarea acestuia: Ministerului Finanțelor, intuțiilor bancare, dar și Organizației pentru Dezvoltarea Sectorului Întreprinderilor Mici și Mijlocii (ODIMM). Conform datelor oficiale, 1004 persoane au obținut credite în cadrul Programului guvernamental „Prima Casă”. Amintim că acesta a fost lansat la 26 martie 2018. Ulterior, Programul a fost extins asupra altor categorii de beneficiari (familii cu copii minori, angajații din sistemul bugetar). Per total, prin intermediul băncilor participante la program, au fost oferite credite în sumă de peste 475 mil. lei, iar suma garanțiilor oferite de stat este de circa 238 mil. lei. Cele mai multe locuințe prin intermediul Programului au fost procurate în municipiile Chișinău, Bălți și Cahul.
