Supravegherea video a antrepozitelor vamale

Încă o condiție pentru autorizarea antrepozitelor vamale: acestea vor primi autorizația sau acordul de funcționare, dacă sistemul de supraveghere video va corespunde cerințelor Serviciului Vamal. În ședința Guvernului de astăzi, 30 ianuarie 2019, cabinetul de miniștri a aprobat proiectul Hotărârii cu privire la modificarea Regulamentului de aplicare a destinațiilor vamale prevăzute de Codul Vamal al RM, prevederile Regulamentului fiind aduse în concordanță cu prevederile codului. Art. 50 al Codului Vamal conține cerinţele impuse antrepozitului, una dintre ele fiind dispunerea de sistem de supraveghere video necesar pentru efectuarea supravegherii mărfurilor care sunt plasate la antrepozit vamal. Supravegherea vamală constă în întreprinderea acţiunilor de organele vamale pentru a asigura respectarea reglementărilor existente, se va efectua în timp real, ceea ce va contribui la reducerea numărului de controale inopinate efectuate la antrepozitele vamale, va exclude fraudele și va contribui la respectarea procedurilor de plasare şi scoatere a mărfurilor în/din antrepozitele vamale. În acest sens, va fi completat și pct. 125 din Regulament. Acesta prevede obligațiile deținătorului antrepozitului, care va fi obligat să acorde acces organului vamal la sistemul de supraveghere video. Potrivit ministrului Finanțelor, Ion Chicu, acest proiect vine să faciliteze activitatea legată de procedurile vamale ale agenților economici.
