Tadjikistanul, interesat de experienţa Moldovei în asigurarea medicală

O delegaţie formată din reprezentanţi ai Ministerului Sănătăţii, Ministerului Justiţiei, Agenţiei de Statistică şi ai Centrului republican de informaţii şi statistică medicală din Tadjikistan a efectuat marţi, 21 octombrie, o vizită de documentare la Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină (CNAM). Partea tadjikă s-a arătat interesată să preia bunele practici ale Republicii Moldova în implementarea sistemului de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală (SAOAM), precum şi experienţa CNAM în finanţarea domeniului sănătăţii. Directorul Companiei Naţionale de Asigurări în Medicină, Mircea Buga, le-a făcut oaspeţilor o amplă prezentare a SAOAM, menţionând avantajele aplicării sistemului respectiv în ţara noastră.
Aplicarea SAOAM a determinat majorarea volumului de mijloace financiare din bugetul de stat orientat spre sănătate. Instituţiile medicale au obţinut stabilitate, autonomie financiară, iar oamenii – un acces mai mare la servicii medicale, a menţionat Mircea Buga.
Participanţii la discuţii au făcut un schimb de informaţii referitor la modalitatea de finanţare a instituţiilor medicale, nivelul de acoperire a populaţiei cu asigurare medicală, sistemul de interacţiune cu oamenii etc. Experienţa Moldovei a fost preluată de Republica Tadjikistan şi anterior, în procesul de elaborare a legii cu privire la asigurarea medicală obligatorie.
Tadjikistanul urmează să implementeze din 2017 sistemul de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală. Moldova a desfăşurat o activitate de pionierat în această direcţie, de aceea dorim să preluăm bunele practici aplicate de specialiştii moldoveni.Provenim din acelaşi sistem sovietic şi este mult mai uşor să facem şi noi această reformă în domeniul sănătăţii, a remarcat Miraliev Salohidin, şeful Departamentului Analize şi Politici al Ministerului Sănătăţii şi Protecţiei Sociale din Tadjikistan.
Vizita delegaţiei din Tadjikistan are loc în cadrul proiectului Comisiei Europene „Asistenţă tehnică în fortificarea sistemului informaţional al sănătăţii din Republica Tadjikistan”.
