Taxa de verificare a corectitudinii lingvistice a denumirilor de întreprinderi, inclusă în costul de înregistrare

Parlamentul a aprobat în lectură finală modificarea la art. 9 al Legii privind înregistrarea de stat a persoanelor juridice și întreprinzătorilor individuali din 19 octombrie 2007. Modificarea vizează redirecţionarea surselor pentru verificarea denumirii întreprinderilor. Astfel, până la înregistrarea unei companii, Camera Înregistrării de Stat, care recent a fost inclusă în componența Agenției Servicii Publice, verifică denumirea întreprinderilor, sub aspectul disponibilității și distinctivității, și, în colaborare cu Centrul Național de Terminologie, a corectitudinii denumirii solicitate din punct de vedere lingvistic. Costul acestei proceduri este stabilit în sumă de 71 lei, care se achită de către solicitanții înregistrării unei companii. Denumirea poate fi rezervată, la solicitarea fondatorilor companiilor, pe o perioadă de 6 luni, iar în caz de schimbare ei urmează să anunțe organul înregistrării de stat în termen de până la 30 de zile. Sensul modificării, adoptate de către Parlament, este ca această taxă de verificare a denumirii companiilor să fie transferată de organul înregistrării de stat a persoanelor juridice și întreprinzătorilor individuali pe contul Centrului Național de Terminologie. Acest transfer, în opinia deputaților, va fi corect, deoarece pentru angajații Centrului Național de Terminologie este o muncă suplimentară față de programul stabilit. Transferul nu va afecta în nici un fel plățile suportate de persoanele juridice și fizice, care vor înregistra întreprinderi. Ei nu vor achita sume suplimentare, sursele indicate vor fi incluse în costul serviciilor de înregistrare. În prezent taxa de înregistrare a unei întreprinderi de către persoane juridice constituie 1149 lei, pentru întreprinzătorii individuali - 364 lei.
