Termenul de activitate a unor ZEL se majorează

Parlamentul a aprobat modificări și completări în Legea cu privire la Zona Antreprenoriatului Liber ”Parcul de producție ”Valcaneș”, prin care teritoriul Parcului se va extinde pe o suprafață de 107,24 hectare. De asemenea, a fost modificată configurația Parcului, prin schimbarea unor segmente de teren, ce fac parte din teritoriul acestuia, pe altele, care posedă infrastructura necesară. Potrivit autorilor inițiativei legislative, deputații Corneliu Dudnic și Demian Caraseni, modificările configurației vor face Parcul mai atractiv pentru investitori. Există deja un potențial investitor, care și-a anunțat intenția de a deschide în Parcul de Producție ”Valcaneș” o producție a biodiesel-ului. Volumul estimat al investițiilor constituie 10 mil. dolari, cu vânzări anuale de 500-700 mil. lei și crearea a 50 locuri de muncă. Prin alte modificări și completări este explicată noțiunea de ”producție industrială a mărfurilor”, ce semnifică producția (în ZE), în al cărei proces materia primă și semifabricatele sunt transformate în produs finit, cu utilizarea echipamentelor industriale. Totodată, termenul de activitate al Parcului a fost stabilit pe o durată de 37 de ani. Prin aprobarea altui proiect de modificări și completări la Legea privind zonele economice libere, termenul de activate a ZEL ”Expo - Business Chișinău" a fost prelungit cu 10 ani, până în 2035, iar al Parcului de producție Taraclia - până în 2037. Potrivit modificărilor și completărilor, activitatea de selectare, numire și monitorizare a administratorilor ZEL va fi efectuată de Ministerul Economiei și nu de Guvern. Administratorii vor fi numiți pe o perioadă de trei ani, nu de 5, ca în prezent. Iar mărimea salariului lor va fi stabilită tot de Ministerul Economiei, în funcție de performanțele obținute de ZEL. În prezent în Republica Moldova activează 7 ZEL, care găzduiesc 181 de rezidenți.
