Un milion de lei amendă pentru copierea ambalajului

Compania Supraten a fost sancționată de Consiliul Concurenței cu o amendă de un milion de lei pentru copierea ambalajului de pe sacii de amestec uscat produși de o întreprindere suedeză. Supraten nu a fost de acord cu această amendă și a contestat decizia la Curtea de Apel Chișinău. Pe 3 martie 2016 Plenul Consiliului Concurenței a dispus inițierea investigației referitor la acțiunile presupuse a fi anticoncurenţiale ale întreprinderii Supraten S.A. realizate în raport cu întreprinderea „Saint-Gobain Byggprodukter AB", Suedia. Astfel, s-a constatat încălcarea unui articol din Legea Concurenței de către compania Supraten prin copierea ilegală a ambalajului pentru amestecurile uscate WEBER.VETONIT,ce aparține întreprinderii Saint-Gobain Byggprodukter AB din Suedia. În rezultat, Consoliul Concurtenței a stabilit amendă de 1 051 775 lei și a prescris încetarea de către întreprinderea Supraten a actului de concurență neloială. Compania Supraten a contestat această decizie la Curtea de Apel Chișinău, însă recursul a fost respins de instanță.
