Упрощенный порядок ввоза помощи для беженцев, импортируемой UNHCR

Технические правила о порядке печати, использования и заполнения таможенной декларации, утвержденные Приказом Таможенной службы №346-О от 24 декабря 2009 г., были приведены в соответствие с положениями п.17 Распоряжения Комиссии по чрезвычайным ситуациям Молдовы № 9 от 10 марта 2022 г.
 
Комиссия по ЧС, в частности, распорядилась установить упрощенный порядок ввоза гуманитарной помощи для управления потоком беженцев и облегчения участия внешних партнеров в период действия чрезвычайного положения, применяемый только к гуманитарной помощи, получателем которой является орган центрального публичного управления, а именно Генеральный инспекторат по чрезвычайным ситуациям, Министерство труда и социальной защиты и Министерство здравоохранения, а также для помощи, импортируемой Управлением Верховного комиссара Организации Объединенных Наций по делам беженцев (UNHCR) в Молдове.
 
Соответствующие изменения были внесены в описание кода освобождения «055» процедуры «42» (Импорт товаров, которые составляют объект освобождения от импортных пошлин) к Техническим правилам о порядке печати, использования и заполнения таможенной декларации, предусмотренном в приложении №11.
 
Изменения в Приказ ТС №346-О опубликованы в Monitorul Oficial 1 апреля, но применяются с 11 марта 2022 г.
