Utilizarea codului IBAN de către plătitorii de prime AOAM

Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină aduce la cunoştinţa plătitorilor de prime de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală (AOAM) că, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2016, transferul plăţilor în fondurile AOAM este efectuat conform anexei nr.6 a ordinului nr. 180 din 12.10.2015 al Ministerului Finanţelor cu privire la modul de achitare şi evidenţă a plăţilor la bugetul public naţional prin sistemul trezorerial al Ministerului Finanţelor în anul 2016. În acest scop vor fi utilizate următoarele date bancare: Beneficiar: Ministerul Finanţelor – Trezoreria de Stat Codul fiscal: 1006601000037 Prestatorul beneficiar: Ministerul Finanţelor – Trezoreria de Stat. Codul IBAN se generează accesând mf.gov.md în baza codului economic (Codul Eco) şi codului CUATM al plătitorului. Codul Eco pentru prime de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală în sumă fixă, achitate de persoane fizice cu reşedinţa sau domiciliul în Republica Moldova, este 122200. Codul Eco pentru prime de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală în formă de contribuţie procentuală din salariu şi din alte recompense achitate de angajatori şi angajaţi este 122100. Pentru generarea codului IBAN fiecare instituţie urmează să efectueze următorii paşi:
  1. Accesează linkul mf.gov.md.
  2. Selectează Codul Eco, în funcţie de cazurile stipulate mai sus.
  3. Selectează raionul în care se află instituţia.
  4. Selectează localitatea (codul statistic al localităţii conform clasificatorului unităţilor administrativ-teritoriale – CUATM).
  5. Apasă butonul „Afişează codul IBAN”.
În ordinul de plată, la capitolul „destinaţia plăţii” se va indica:
  • prima de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală în sumă fixă pentru anul 2016, achitată de Nume Prenume şi IDNP al plătitorului, în cazul achitării primei AOAM în sumă fixă;
  • prima de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală în formă de contribuţie procentuală din salariu şi din alte recompense, achitate de angajatori şi angajaţi pentru luna corespunzătoare, în cazul achitării primei AOAM în formă de contribuţie procentuală.
