Уточнения в отчете формы TAXI 18

В «МО» 4 января текущего года были опубликованы дополнения в Приказ Министерства финансов №154 от 12 сентября 2018 г. об утверждении типового формуляра «Отчет о начислении подоходного налога, взносов обязательного медицинского страхования и взносов обязательного государственного социального страхования для работников-водителей, осуществляющих таксомоторные автотранспортные перевозки пассажиров (форма TAXI18)». В частности, в типовом формуляре формы TAXI18 в преамбуле показатель «Тип отчета – дополнительный (отметить)» заменен тремя следующими показателями: • Тип отчета - дополнительный (отметить); • Тип отчета - дополнительный корректирующий (отметить); • Номер дополнительного отчета, который корректируется (заполняется). Соответствующие разъяснения даны и в Инструкции о порядке заполнения Отчета. Так, в рубрике «Тип отчета - дополнительный (отметить)» ставится знак «√» в соответствующем квадрате в случае, когда трудоустройство лиц произошло после представления отчета (форма TAXI18) в установленные сроки (до 25 числа месяца, предшествующего отчетному месяцу), и заполняется только по вновь трудоустроенным лицам. В случае, когда отмечается данный показатель, не отмечается показатель «Тип отчета – первоначальный или корректирующий»; а в рубрике «Тип отчета – дополнительный корректирующий (отметить) - ставится знак «√» и представляется в случае, в котором корректируется дополнительный отчет, представленный ранее. В случае, когда отмечается данный показатель, не отмечается показатель «Тип отчета – первоначальный или корректирующий» и «Тип отчета – дополнительный», а в рубрике «Номер дополнительного отчета, который корректируется» - отражается номер документа из Информационной системы ГНС дополнительного отчета, который изменяется и заполняется обязательно в случае, в котором отмечается «Тип отчета - дополнительный корректирующий (отметить).
