Утверждены сроки представления финансовых отчетов

Министерство финансов Приказом №104 от 4 июля 2017 г., который был опубликован в "Monitorul Oficial" 14 июля, утвердило сроки представления финансовых отчетов за I полугодие и 9 месяцев 2017 г. центральными публичными органами и финансовыми управлениями. Речь идет о 31-м центральном публичном органе, а также 35-ти финансовых управлениях районов и муниципиев и 18-ти других учреждений (Совет по конкуренции, Служба информации и безопасности, Генеральная прокуратура, Академия наук и пр.) Согласно документу, срок сдачи финансовой отчетности за январь-июнь 2017 года установлен в пределах 28 июля-4 августа, в зависимости от учреждения, а за 9 месяцев 2017 года – с 30 октября по 3 ноября 2017 г. В случае непредставления в установленные сроки отчетов, запрошенной информации или неустранения в установленные сроки выявленных нарушений и недостатков, согласно п.7(4) Положения об организации и функционировании Министерства финансов, утвержденного Постановлением Правительства № 1265 от 14 ноября 2008 года, Минфин временно приостановит бюджетное финансирование соответствующих органов центрального или местного публичного управления. Проверку отчетов, представленных центральными публичными органами, об исполнении соответствующих бюджетов, а также финансовыми управлениями об исполнении бюджетов административно-территориальных единиц начальники управлений и отделов Минфина должны обеспечить в течение 10 дней со дня их представления.
