Va fi creat Consiliul Național pentru Statistică

Proiectul ce prevede crearea Consiliului Național pentru Statistică și aprobarea Regulamentului de funcționare al acestuia este propus spre consultare publică. Astfel, acesta va fi creat pe lângă Guvern, în scopul dezvoltării strategice și promovării statisticii oficiale, asigurării caracterului obiectiv, transparent și științific al metodologiilor, indicatorilor, clasificărilor utilizate în activitatea statistică. Potrivit Regulamentului, Consiliul va forumula recomandări privind dezvoltarea şi perfecționarea sistemului statistic național în scopul creșterii gradului de satisfacere a cerințelor utilizatorilor, va stabili direcțiile strategice cu privire la dezvoltarea statisticii oficiale, va monitoriza realizarea programelor statistice și activitatea de planificare strategică, precum și va semnala disfuncționalitățile din cadrul sistemului statistic național și va formula recomandări pentru prevenirea lor. Consiliul va mai adopta decizii cu caracter consultativ privind organizarea, dezvoltarea și promovarea statisticii oficiale. Potrivit documentului, Consiliul va fi format din 11 membri și va fi condus de directorul general al Biroului Național de Statistică. În componența Consiliului se va mai regăsi și secretarul de stat al Ministerului Economiei și Infrastructurii, care va îndeplini funcția de vicepreședinte, iar consultantul principal al Serviciului coordonare și dezvoltare a sistemului statistic național al Biroului National de Statistică va fi secretarul Consiliului. De asemenea, în Consiliul Național pentru Statistică vor mai fi incluși directorul general adjunct al Biroului National de Statistică, secretari de stat de la Ministerul Finanțelor, Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale, Ministerul Agriculturii, Dezvoltării Regionale și Mediului, un reprezentant al Academiei de Studii Economice a Moldovei, vice-guvernatorul Băncii Naționale a Moldovei, președintele Confederației Naționale a Patronatelor din Republica Moldova și un reprezentant al Centrului Analitic Independent Expert-Grup – din partea societății civile. Deciziile ședințelor Consiliului vor fi publicate pe pagina web oficială a Biroului National de Statistică. Implementarea prevederilor proiectului nu va necesita cheltuieli financiare suplimentare din bugetul de stat. Proiectul poate fi consultat până la 26 septembrie curent!
