Vinurile cu denumire geografică protejată pot dispărea de pe piaţa Rusiei

Companiile care exportă vin în Federația Rusă nu vor mai putea beneficia de acciz redus pentru produsele cu indicație geografică protejată și cu denumire de origine protejată. Ministerul Finanțelor din Federația Rusă consideră că de astfel de beneficii trebuie să profite doar producătorii locali. Întreprinderile care au livrat vinuri în baza condițiilor preferențiale ar putea să fie obligate să achite diferența pentru livrările efectuate din 1 ianuarie 2016. Publicația rusească Kommersant a intrat în posesia unui ordin al Ministerului Finanțelor din Federația Rusă în care se menționează că vinurile de import care dețin indicație geografică protejată și denumire de origine protejată nu vor mai putea beneficia de acciz redus, care a intrat în vigoare din 1 ianuarie 2016. Totodată, vinurile de producție locală vor putea beneficia în continuare de aceste reduceri. Pentru întreprinderile care exportă vinurile pe piața rusească acest pas a fost absolut neașteptat şi care va duce la majorarea prețurilor. Reprezentanții serviciului vamal au anunțat că, probabil, va trebui să fie achitată diferența de acciz pentru livrările efectuate din 1 ianuarie 2016. Experții menționează că unele companii mari ar trebui să achite peste 100 mil. de ruble (circa $1,75 mil.), iar în total achitările suplimentare ar putea ajunge la 900 mil. de ruble sau aproape $16 mil. Potrivit unor estimări, cota vinurilor care au indicație geografică protejată și denumire de origine protejată de pe piața rusească este de circa 25%. Anularea accizului redus va duce la majorarea prețului cu 5-10% pentru vinurile care au un preț de până la $9, a declarat Dmitrii Sîrîh, proprietarul companiei Moro. El susține că circa 80% din companiile care exportă vinuri în Federația Rusă ar putea abandona piața rusească. Ulterior, Serviciul Vamal din Federația Rusă a confirmat că va întreprinde acțiuni pentru a obliga exportatorii de vinuri să achite diferența creată ca urmare a aplicării accizului redus, având în vedere faptul că până în prezent nu a fost interpretată corect legislația.
