Vom avea bani pentru restructurarea sistemului termoenergetic al municipiului Chișinău

Un proiect de lege privind ratificarea Acordului de finanțare dintre RM și Banca Internațională pentru Reconstrucție și Dezvoltare(BIRD), semnat la 15 aprilie 2015 în vederea realizării proiectului de îmbunătățire a eficienței sectorului de alimentare centralizată cu energie termică din municipiul Chișinău a aprobat guvernul. În conformitate cu acest acord, BIRD, care face parte din grupul Băncii Mondiale,va acorda Moldovei un credit în valoare de 40,5mln dolari în condiții favorabile: pe o perioadă de 35 a de ani, grație 5 ani și o rată de 2,5% anual. Vice-ministrul economiei Tudor Copaci a specificat că investițiile care ar urma să fie acoperite din acest credit vor constitui un minim necesar pentru asigurarea funcționării eficiente a sistemului de distribuție a energiei termice din municipiul Chișinău. Acestea ar vor permite realizarea primei etape a planului de dezvoltare, care ar trebui să aducă sistemul de termoficare la un nivel eficient atât din punct de vedere economic, cât și din perspectiva tehnologică. Ceea ce presupune reducerea pierderilor de energie termică, eficientizarea costurilor, prin consum redus de electricitate și costuri mai mici de întreținere, Efectul economic așteptat de la implementarea doar a acțiunilor preconizate pentru prima etapă a Planului de restructurare corporativă , instituțională și financiară a Sistemului de Alimentare Centralizată cu Energie Termică din municipiul Chișinău (finanțată cu jumătate din suma creditului, adică 20mln.dolari) va constitui circa 8mln dolari - a specificat Copaci. Conceptul și Planul de acțiuni privind restructurarea corporativă, instituțională și financiară a Sistemului de Alimentare Centralizată cu Energie Termică din municipiul Chișinău a fost elaborat de Ministerul Economiei în baza unui studiu elaborat cu suportul Băncii Mondiale și guvernului Suediei de către compania Economic Consulting Associates din Marea Britanie în 2011.
