Distribuirea „Semnăturii electronice Fiscservinform” prin 37 oficii poștale teritoriale

Dezvoltarea tehnologiei digitale și necesitatea îmbunătăţirii continue a serviciilor electronice prin alinerea la cerinţele actuale ale societăţii a impulsionat Î.S. „Fiscservinform” să-și eficientizeze procesele de activitate. Astfel, începînd cu 1 octombrie 2016, Î.S. „Fiscservinform” a stabilit relații de parteneriat cu Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei”. Colaborarea se reflectă în asigurarea livrării produselor oferite de către întreprindere. Cu ajutorul rețelei de distribuție prin intermediul celor 37 oficii poștale teritoriale ale „Poștei Moldovei” Î.S. „Fiscservinform” asigură recepționarea și livrarea „Semnăturii electronice Fiscservinform” în toată țara. În acest context aduce contribuabililor o nouă facilitate: recepționarea semnăturii electronice în cel mai scurt timp, absolut gratuit pe întreg teritoriul țării. Livrarea „Semnăturii electronice Fiscservinform” se efectuează din momentul comenzii și achitării:
  1. în raza mun. Chișinău – în 24 ore;
  2. în localitățile urbane – în 48 ore;
  3. în localitățile rurale – în 48 ore.
Pentru a beneficia de semnătura electronică cetățenii și contribuabilii au acces la instrumente simple și comode de comandă a semnăturii electronice, printr-un ghișeu electronic „Comanda online a semnăturii electronice”. După completarea cererii online, operatorii noștri se ocupă de pregătirea tuturor documentelor juridice, de formare a conturilor de înregistrare şi de generare a semnăturii electronice, iar beneficiarul doar semnează actele corespunzătoare și primește semnătura electronică. Înmînarea semnăturii electronice de către agentul poștal se face exclusiv destinatarilor, sau persoanei împuternicite. Eliberarea dosarului format unei persoane terțe este posibilă doar în baza procurii notariale corespunzătoare. Eforturile depuse de echipa comună a Î.S. „Fiscservinform” și Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei” urmăresc fortificarea interacţiunii cu cetățenii și agenții economici. Deservirea eficientă, comodă și rapidă prin intermediul oficiilor poștale sunt acele pîrghii, pe care le utilizăm pentru a facilita activitatea clienților noștri. Prin urmare, doritorii de a deveni posesori ai „Semnăturii electronice Fiscservinform” pot completa cererea online, prin accesarea link-ului pki.fsi.md.
