În perioada 11-30 august BNS efectuează testarea sistemului "E-raportare"

Întru implementarea sistemului informaţional automatizat de raportare electronică „e-Raportare” în sistemul statistic naţional, Biroul Naţional de Statistică (BNS) efectuează testarea sistemului e-raportare în regim de pilotare în perioada 11-30 august 2014. Astfel la etapa de pilotare se preconizează testarea a patru chestionare statistice lunare, la care vor participa peste 30 de întreprinderi din diferite domenii de activitate: construcţii, industrie, comerţ şi servicii etc. Testarea în regim de pilotare a întreprinderilor se va petrece în incinta BNS în sala de calculatoare, care se va efectua în patru etape:
  • I etapă – testarea pilot a chestionarului din domeniul construcțiilor;
  • II etapă – testarea pilot a chestionarului din domeniul industriei;
  • III etapă - testarea pilot a chestionarului din domeniul comerțuri şi serviciilor;
  • IV - testarea pilot a chestionarului privind munca şi cîştigurile salariale.
După testarea pilot, BNS va începe colectarea datelor din chestionarele statistice nominalizate de la toţi respondenţii statistici, care doresc să transmită datele prin sistemul „e-Raportare”. Trimiterea rapoartelor statistice în format electronic va aduce beneficii agenților economici prin minimizarea costurilor și timpului utilizat pentru raportarea statistică, iar pentru BNS, această inițiativă va reduce timpul de procesare a rapoartelor şi datelor statistice și va spori calitatea datelor colectate. Serviciul de raportare statistică electronică este disponibil la adresa www.raportare.md , unde agenții economici pot de asemenea depune rapoartele în format electronic către Compania Națională de Asigurări în Medicină și Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale. Lansarea acestui serviciu vine ca urmare a solicitării Prim-ministrului Iurie Leancă din data de 16 aprilie, 2014 privind implementare sistemului „E-raportare”, elaborarea căruia a fost posibilă graţie suportului financiar al Agenției Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare Internațională și bugetul de stat al Republicii Moldova. Trecerea la raportarea electronică simplifică semnificativ procedura de raportare, astfel ameliorând activitatea sectorului de afaceri din Republica Moldova.
