MPay și VISA te răsplătește pentru eficiență

Centrul de Guvernare Electronică, în parteneriat cu Banca Națională a Moldovei și cu suportul VISA lansează campania de promovare a plăților fără numerar. Cea mai mare recompensă a eficienței este câștigul de timp, campania de față completează acest bonus de timp cu un premiu palpabil. MPay și VISA – parteneriatul care te răsplătește pentru eficiență Din 6 octombrie, la achitarea serviciilor publice prin intermediul MPay și utilizând cardul VISA, utilizatorii beneficiază de un bonus de 25 lei pe contul telefonului mobil. De ofertă pot beneficia toți utilizatorii care achită servicii cu o valoare minimă de 100 de lei. În decurs de 24 h de la efectuarea tranzacției, contul telefonului mobil, indicat de beneficiar va fi suplimentat cu 25 de lei. Acest demers se aliniază la eforturile naționale de migrare treptată, de la utilizarea numerarului la plățile electronice. În contextul digitizării serviciilor și a reingeneriei unor întregi sectoare ale economiei, tranzacțiile electronice substituie banii de hârtie, devenind o componentă a lumii moderne. Infrastructura actuală de plăți a determinat, la nivel mondial, premise importante pentru prestarea serviciilor de plată de o nouă calitate. În unele state ponderea tranzacțiilor retail non-cash depășește 70%. Deși Republica Moldova nu se poate lăuda cu astfel de rezultate, plățile fără numerar înregistrează totuși un trend pozitiv. Astfel, în trimestrul II al anului 2014, portofoliul de carduri din Republica Moldova a depășit 1 milion de unități (1,2 milioane de carduri), reprezentând o creștere de 10,5% față de aceeși perioadă a anului trecut. Una dintre cele mai mari dificultăți cu care se confruntă plățile fără numerar în Republica Moldova rămâne percepția populației asupra cardurilor, care sunt preponderant văzute ca o modalitate de retragere a numerarului de la bancomate și nu ca instrumente de plată. Din totalul operațiunilor cu carduri, efectuate în trimestrul II al lui 2014 (5,9 milioane), 4,8 milioane constituie retragerile de numerar. Campania lansată reprezintă un nou pas spre educare și schimbarea percepției populației asupra cardurilor și a plăților electronice.
