Registrul gajului bunurilor mobile cu „Semnătura Electronică Fiscservinform”

Autentifică-te și semnează în cadrul „Registrului garanțiilor reale mobiliare” cu ajutorul semnăturii electronice eliberate de către Centrul de Certificare din cadrul Î.S. „Fiscservinform”. Conform pct.12 a Regulamentului cu privire la Registrul garanțiilor reale mobiliare, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 210 din 26.02.2016, de acces la serviciu pot beneficia următorii subiecți:
  1. notarii;
  2. societățile de registru;
  3. societățile de investiții care au dreptul să desfășoare activitate de custodie;
  4. depozitarul central;
  5. organizațiile de micro-finanțare;
  6. Agenția de Stat pentru Protecția Intelectuală;
  7. companiile de leasing
  8. băncile
Menționăm că în acest context accesul la Registrul garanțiilor reale mobiliare este acordat prin încheierea unui contract cu Centrul de Informații Juridice. Respectiv, subiecții care doresc să activeze în calitate de registrator depun o cerere la Ministerul Justiției, anexând copia buletinului de identitate, copia licenței, rechizitele bancare și alte documente necesare pentru a fi incluși în lista registratorilor autorizați. Mai multe detalii pot fi accesate pe site-ul Registrului e stat a actelor juridice al Republicii Moldova, sau accesând linkul - justice.md. Dacă încă nu sunteți titularul unei chei electronice, noi vă oferim posibilitatea să obțineți semnătura electronică rapid, comod și cu livrare gratuită direct la oficiu.
