Restabilește gratuit parola dispozitivului semnăturii electronice

Î.S. „Fiscservinform” vine cu următorul comunicat, în scopul elucidării unor aspecte ce țin de procedura de modificare/restabilire a parolei pentru:
  1. autentificare pe site-urile servicii.fisc.md și pki.fsi.md
  2. utilizarea dispozitivului criptografic – eToken.
Î.S. „Fiscservinform” vă aduce la cunoștință că, procedura de modificare a parolei pentru site-urile www.servicii.fisc.md și www.pki.fsi.md se efectuează prin intermediul adresei de email. Restabilirea parolei pentru dispozitivul criptografic pe care este înscrisă semnătura electronică se face prin intermediul driver-ului instalat în calculator „SafeNet”, „WachData” sau „e-Pass2003”, unde găsiți opțiunea „modifică parola”. Dacă ați introdus de mai multe ori parola incorect, eToken-ul se blochează. În această situație, titularul „Semnăturii Electronice Fiscservinform” se va prezenta la sediul Centrului de Certificare sau la unul din Centrele de Înregistrare, cu originalul buletinului de identitate și dispozitivul criptografic. Serviciul de restabilire a parolei dispozitivului semnăturii electronice este absolut gratuit, fiind inclus în pachetul semnăturii electronice în baza contractului care a fost încheiat cu titularul. Totodată, specificăm faptul că toți utilizatori trebuie neapărat să facă de sine-stătător modificări de parolă conform instrucțiunilor plasate în rubrica „Descarcă” a portalului www.pki.fsi.md, având în vedere faptul că eToken-urile eliberate inițial au o parola unică.
