Semnătura electronică de la ÎS Fiscservinform

Amintim că din acest an contrubuabilii care au mai mult de 5 angajați sunt obligați să prezinte darea de seamă fiscală în format electronic. Un element important pentru perfectarea acesteia este semnătura electronică, unul din serviciile prestate de administratorul sistemului informaţional fiscal – Fiscservinform, ce se ocupă de eliberarea, reînnoirea semnăturii electronice înscrise pe dispozitiv cu sau fără aplicabilitate extinsă, în dependenţă de tipul semnăturii solicitate, precum şi suspendarea, restabilirea şi revocarea certificatului cheii publice. Serviciul Semnătura electronică permite:
  • Crearea şi eliberarea certificatelor cheilor publice persoanelor fizice şi persoanelor juridice
  • Reînnoirea certificatului cheii persoanelor fizice şi celor juridice
  • Suspendarea şi restabilirea valabilităţii certificatului cheii publice în limitele termenului de valabilitate
  • Revocarea certificatelor cheilor publice
  • Asigurarea verificării autenticităţii şi statutului certificatelor cheilor publice.
Fiscservinform pune la dispoziţie trei tipuri de semnături electronice:
  1. semnătură electronică avansată calificată sau certificatele cu forţă juridică
  2. semnătură electronică avansată necalificată sau certificatele fără forţă juridică
  3. semnătură electronică simplă – certificatele de autentificare
Totodată, instituţia oferă două tipuri de pachete. Este vorba despre Pachetul Semnătura electronică, care include dispozitivul criptografic şi semnătura electronică avansat calificată, pentru care se încheie un contract pe perioada unui an şi Pachetul Semnătura electronică, care include dispozitivul criptografic şi semnătura electronică avansat calificată, pentru care se încheie un contract pe perioada a trei ani. Puteţi solicita serviciul Semnătură electonică prin depunerea sau expedierea cererii de certifcare a cheii publice în adresa Centrului de certificare a Î.S. Fiscservinform: Republica Moldova, MD-2005, mun. Chişinău, str. Constantin Tănase, nr.6 sau la adresa electronică – fiscservinform@fsi.fisc.md Persoanele fizice trebuie să prezinte buletinul de identitate, iar persoanele juridice – buletinul de identitate şi ştampila întreprinderii.
