Serviciul Guvernamental de Notificare “MNotify” lansat în avizare și consultare publică

Centrul de guvernare electronică a lansat în avizare și consultare publică proiectul de hotărâre a Guvernului „Cu privire la Serviciul Guvernamental de Notificare (MNotify)”. MNotify reprezintă o aplicație tehnică de transmitere a notificărilor în cadrul sistemelor informaționale deținute de ministere, autorități administrative și structuri organizaționale din sfera lor de competență, precum și alte instituții publice, prestatoare de servicii publice. În acest context, “notificarea” presupune un mesaj, generat automat de sistemele informaționale ale instituțiilor, având menirea de a notifica utilizatorii despre producerea anumitor modificări în structura serviciilor sau a modalităților de prestare a acestora. Astfel, utilizatorii vor fi înștiințați despre orice schimbări produse, în termeni reduși de timp, prin poșta electronică, SMS, mesagerie instantă sau alte canale de comunicare, în funcție de necesități. MNotify (Serviciul Guvernamental de Notificare) va fi implementat ca o parte componentă a platformei tehnologice guvernamentale comune MCloud*, urmărind facilitarea serviciilor electronice tranzacționale și creșterea calității, în general, a serviciilor publice. Pentru a aduce soluția tehnică MNotify la cei mai înalți parametri de funționalitate și utilitate, în etapa de pre-lansare, Centrul de Guvernare Electronică, cu suportul Cancelariei de Stat, a ministerelor și altor autorități administrative relevante, cu implicarea sectorului privat, va testa serviciul, identificând ajustările necesare. *Platforma MCloud reprezintă un model inovator de infrastructură și oferă mai multe avantaje autorităţilor publice, printre care: utilizarea maximă a resurselor TI la costuri mici; reducerea cheltuielilor pentru achiziţionarea echipamentului hardware şi licenţelor software în sectorul public; reducerea riscului de pierdere a datelor deţinute de autorităţile APC în urma incidentelor; îmbunătăţirea eficienței operaționale şi creșterea vitezei de digitizarea a serviciilor publice de către direcţiile şi departamentele TI din autorităţile APC.
