SIA „Declaraţie electronică” a fost optimizat cu noi funcţionalităţi

Ca urmare a lucrărilor de optimizare a unor procese și dezvoltarea unor funcționalități noi în cadrul sistemului informaţional automatizat „Declaraţie electronică”, au fost operate un şir de ajustări direcţionate spre ameliorarea procesului de lucru cu sistemul dat, printre care:
  1. Viteza de verificare a facturilor fiscale/codurilor fiscale pentru declaraţiile TVA12, IAL09, IAS09 a fost sporită.
  2. Butonul „Salvează” memorează datele fără ca să fie închis formularul. Concomitent, au fost introduse opţiunea „Salvează și închide”, care va salva și va închide formularul, precum şi butonul „Închide”, care va închide declarația fără a salva modificările realizate.
  3. S-a adăugat opţiunea de verificare a subdiviziunilor în declaraţiile ca TL13, BIJ13, FUNJ13.
  4. A fost ajustată procedura de verificare a codurilor fiscale/facturilor fiscale:
    • Din moment ce declarația a fost salvată, realizarea repetată a procedurii de salvare, fără operarea modificărilor în tabele dinamice (anexe la TVA12, IAL09, IAS09 etc) nu va iniția acţiunea de verificare, care va avea loc doar pentru rândurile adăugate sau modificate;
    • În cazul că IDNO/IDNP/facturile fiscale nu aparțin persoanei fizice/agentului economic, la salvarea declarației, aceasta va fi marcată cu un simbol roșu, iar la tastarea ei vor fi indicate codurile fiscale/facturile fiscale ce conţin erori.
  5. Paginile anexelor ce conțin erori vor fi marcate cu roșu. La numerotarea paginilor declaraţiilor sau anexelor de tip „Grid”, vor fi marcate cu roşu acele pagini, în cadrul cărora au fost depistate erori la completarea sau la încărcarea fișierelor XML și la depistarea erorilor în procesul de verificare a facturilor fiscale/codurilor fiscale.
Astfel, în legătură cu extinderea resurselor sistemului, operativitatea de funcţionare a acestuia a fost sporită, iar raportare fiscală prin „Declaraţie electronică” va fi realizată în condiţii eficientizate.
