Услуга «Электронная декларация». Часто задаваемые вопросы

Какова процедура подключения к услуге «Электронная декларация» для экономических агентов, которые стали плательщиками НДС? 1. Ответственные лица (директор, бухгалтер) должны зарегистрироваться на сайте servicii.fisc.md 2. После регистрации позвоните в Центр поддержки клиентов по номеру тел: 022-822-222 для программирования в одном из существующих Центров Подключение: - ЦП Кишинев - бул. Штефан чел Маре, 162, 2-й эт., оф. 220; - ЦП Бельцы - ул. Штефан чел Маре, 128, оф. 313; - ЦП Комрат - ул. Комсомола, 20, оф. 2. После всего, согласно программированию, подходите со следующими документами: - Выписка из Государственного реестра (копия и оригинал); - Внутренний приказ в свободной форме о назначении лиц,ответственных за подписание электронных отчетов; - Копия и оригинал удостоверений личности ответственных лиц; - Печать предприятия. Внимание! Присутствие директора и главного бухгалтера обязательно. При подписании отчётов появляется сообщение «Установите Java Virtual Machine» – несмотря на то,что она уже установлена. Вам нужно активировать плагин Java в вашем браузере. Для этого нужно пройти путь: меню «Инструменты» => «Дополнения» => «Плагины» => «Java ™ Platform SE …». Далее нажимаете на кнопку «Включить», после этого можете зайти в услугу «Электронная декларация», чтобы подписать отчеты. Внимание! Эта возможность активаций только для браузера Mozilla Firefox. При входе в услугу «Электронная декларация» появляется профиль другого пользователя (директора или бухгалтера). Следует нажать кнопку «Выход» и потом заново зайти в услугу «Электронная декларация». Если это не поможет, тогда удалите куки с вашего браузера. Находясь на одной из страниц, нажмите одновременно комбинацию клавиш Ctrl+Shift+Delete. В открывшемся окне подтвердите удаление всех куки. Отсутствует кнопка «Подписать» в статусе «Подписанные» декларации, есть только «Отписать». Вывод: Вы находитесь в профиле пользователя, который уже подписал отчет, в результате чего доступна только «Отписать». Решение: Выйдите из услуги «Электронная декларация» и авторизируйтесь именем другого пользователя (своим именем). Не удается подписать отчеты в услуге «Электронная декларация» 1. Должно быть установлено приложение Java; 2. Если приложение Java установлено, нужно обновить до последней версии; 3. Антивирус может блокировать запуск приложения Java; 4. Политика безопасности на компьютере; 5. Проверьте, соответствует ли подпись профилю пользователя; 6. При появлении окна «Warning Security» нажмите кнопку «Run»; 7. Для работы в услуге «Электронная декларация» рекомендуется браузер Internet Explorer, как минимум версия 7, или последние версии Mozilla Firefox; 8. Идентификационная электронная подпись была скопирована в папку на компьютер; 9. В случае появления сообщения «You’ve specified an invalid password» проверьте правильность введенного пароля; 10. Дата с компьютера не соответствует текущей дате; 11. Не работает устройство для чтения дисков (CDROM). Как аннулировать электронную подпись? Чтобы аннулировать электронную подпись, необходимо заполнить заявку на аннулирование Your text to link... С заполненной заявкой на аннулирование и с удостоверением личности надо прийти в Центр подключения (бул. Штефан чел Маре, 162, 2-й этаж, оф. 220). Что следует предпринять, если при сохранении декларации TVA12 блокируется процесс проверки налоговых накладных? При блокировке процесса проверки налоговых накладных в декларации TVA12 рекомендуется повторно нажать кнопку «Сохранить».
