Eveniment offline/online: „Aspecte fiscale și vamale – soluții 2025”. Cele mai actuale subiecte

La 28.03.2025, P.P. „Monitorul fiscal FISC.md”, organizează evenimentul cu genericul „Aspecte fiscale și vamale – soluții 2025”, în parteneriat cu Ministerul Finanțelor, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat și Serviciul Vamal.  

 

AGENDA include secțiunea de deschidere și 3 panele de discuții, după cum urmează:

Panelul nr.1 - Garanțiile vamale și regimurile vamale speciale: Garanții vamale. Garantarea datoriei vamale¸Regimurile vamale speciale; Simplificări în transit.

Panelul nr.2 – Decontările în numerar: Prețurile de transfer; Noile reglementări privind decontările în numerar, inclusiv sancțiunile; Aplicarea modificărilor cu privire la decontările în numerar înregistrate prin ECC conectate la SIA ,,MEV”

Panelul nr.3 - Taxa pentru poluarea mediului - POLMED 25: Aspectele noilor prevederi ale Legii nr.1540/1996 privind plata pentru Poluarea Mediului, în vigoare din 01.01.25; Taxa pentru poluarea mediului începând cu 01.01.2025.

Evenimentul se va desfășura în format offline/online, inclusiv prin transmisiune live pe canalul de Facebook (link) și youtube. Doritorii de a participa fizic la eveniment se pot înscrie completând următorul formular de participare
