Drumul spre fericire e mai simplu decât credeai

Ce înseamnă să fii fericit? Ce reprezintă succesul? Ce presupune o viață bună? Cum ar trebui să mă comport cu oamenii din jurul meu? Cum scap de povara grijilor inutile? Răspunsurile pentru toate aceste întrebări nu sunt unice. Totuși, soluțiile sunt destul de evidente și, de cele mai multe ori, în fața noastră. Lucrez de peste 20 de ani în Resurse Umane și Management, timp în care am avut bucuria să cunosc mii de oameni inteligenți și interesanți, dar niciunul perfect. Am întâlnit și lucrat cu oameni care au parte de vieți minunate, fericite și pline de succes. Acești oameni te energizează și-ți dau puterea să spui că „iată, se poate”. Evident, nu există un răspuns pentru toate dificultățile care îți apar în cale. Fiecare dificultate presupune propria combinație de ingrediente-cheie pentru a fi rezolvate. Cu toate acestea, persoanele care au reușit să își „descifreze” fericirea au abilitatea de a-și accepta propriile imperfecțiuni în fața acestei lumi haotice (VUCA WORLD) în care trăim. Mai exact, nu este vorba doar despre recunoașterea acestor imperfecțiuni ale noastre, ci, mai degrabă, despre acceptarea și bucuria de a le valoriza. Cum să-ți îmbunătățești stilul de viață Nu există o rețetă-standard pentru a trăi bine și fericiți, dar există idei după care te poți ghida, astfel încât stilul tău de viață să se îmbunătățească. Potrivit primilor filosofi greci există câteva principii de bază de care vă puteți folosi. Gândirea rațională A trăi reprezintă, în esență, examinarea lumii înconjurătoare prin rațiune, cel mai mare dar primit de umanitate. Socrate spunea că rațiunea permite oamenilor să participe activ în mersul vieții, să gândească, să exploreze, să descopere și să evalueze sursele materiale sau spirituale ale plăcerii.
