Reducerea costurilor este vitală pentru o afacere, mai ales în perioade mai dificile. Concedierile nu sunt o soluție strategică bună, există câteva instrumente extrem de utile și pe termen lung. Orice antreprenor sau manager are de luat de-a lungul timpului decizii destul de dificile când vine vorba despre reducerile de cheltuieli. Nu trebuie să uităm că aceste tăieri ar trebui făcute având în minte o strategie cât mai bine definită și nu haotic, doar pentru a avea facturi mai mici la finalul lunii. Orice bun manager știe că tăierile salariale și concedierile duc la rezultate dezastruoase pe termen lung, calea cea mai bună fiind câteva alegeri strategice. Iată cum se pot tăia costurile unei afaceri fără decizii care să afecteze angajații: 1. Redu masiv costurile cu mașinile. Cum poți face asta O flotă auto este necesară aproape oricărui tip de business, chiar și dacă vorbim despre câteva mașini. Costurile cu ele se pot reduce în mare măsură cu ajutorul unei astfel de firme de leasing operațional. După cum vezi, ea se ocupă de tot – de la RCA și reparații în cazul unor avarii, până la punerea la dispoziție a unei mașini pe durata reparațiilor. Taxe, impozite, cheltuieli administrative – de toate se ocupă compania de leasing, fără ca tu și angajații tăi să pierdeți vremea cu nenumărate hârtii. Mai mult decât atât, pentru că tot firma de leasing se va ocupa și de înlocuirea mașinii când e cazul, tu nu vei fi nevoit să sistezi activitatea. Nu este doar o modalitate de a tăia costurile, ci și una prin care administrarea flotei se face mai comod. 2. Taie din cheltuielile cu chiria și utilitățile printr-o metodă extrem de simplă Lucratul de acasă este o modalitate foarte utilă de a mai tăia din costuri. Poți să implementezi un program în care se lucrează de acasă în fiecare vineri sau luni sau să dai posibilitatea lucrului de acasă în permanență pentru unii dintre angajați. În prezent, cu un laptop și o conexiune la internet se poate lucra la fel de bine de oriunde. În plus, și angajații vor fi încântați să lucreze de acasă, pentru că vor economisi timp în felul acesta.
