Agricultorii nu pot valorifica niciun cent din creditul polonez

În lipsa unui Guvern învestit, agricultorii riscă să nu poată valorifica niciun cent din cele 100 de milioane de euro acordate de Guvernul Poloniei pentru dezvoltarea sectorului agricol. Până acum, Ministerul Finanţelor nu a semnat niciun dosar depus de fermieri, chiar dacă multe dintre acestea au fost acceptate. Potrivit datelor Unităţii de implementare a creditului de asistenţă acordat de guvernul polonez, 28 de agenţi economici au depus, până acum, dosare pentru procurarea tehnicii agricole, în valoare de aproape 35 de milioane de euro. Şapte dintre aceştia vor să cumpere elevatoare, iar opt agricultori şi-au propus să construiască depozite frigorifice. Pentru procurarea combinelor au fost depuse patru dosare, iar pentru construcţia serelor - trei. Două dintre dosare au trecut prin toate etapele şi au fost transmise spre aprobare Ministerului Finanţelor, care însă ezită să le semneze, din cauza instabilităţii politice. Au fost ridicate mai multe întrebări din partea Ministerului Finanţelor, s-au dat răspunsuri. Însă dintr-un motiv sau altul se mai prelungeşte aprobarea finală, a comentat Igor Goraşov, directorul Unităţii de implementare a creditului de asistenţă polonez. Punerea în aplicare a proiectul expiră în august. Autorităţile vor să extindă termenul cu încă doi ani. În lipsa unui Guvern, acest lucru este imposibil. Din păcate, neavând Guvern, nu putem să trecem la negocieri oficiale. Până în august a rămas foarte puţin timp şi pericol să pierdem banii există. Să ne înecăm la mai ar fi o tragedie, a spus Goraşov. Creditul Polonez a fost lansat în data de 9 decembrie 2014. Agricultorii care se vor împrumuta prin intermediul acestui program, ca să cumpere tehnică şi echipament agricol, vor trebui să restituie banii timp de 12 ani, cu o rată a dobânzii de 2% şi o perioadă de graţie de până la trei ani.
