Expert-Grup: riscuri externe și interne pentru creșterea economică prognozată pentru anul viitor

Cu ocazia lansării celei de-a XIX-a ediții a publicației bianuale „MEGA”, experții Centrului Analitic Independent „Expert-Grup” și-au propus să aducă în discuție principalele evoluții economice din anul 2018, să prognozeze și să releve riscurile care ar putea compromite creșterea economică de anul viitor. Potrivit experților, în anul 2018, economia moldovenească a crescut cu o rată cuprinsă între 4,2% și 4,6%, care a inclus practic toate sectoarele esențiale. Una dintre cele mai îngrijorătoare evoluții a fost înregistrată de creșterea deficitului în comerțul exterior. Totodată, tendințele structurale și geografice definitorii s-au consolidat prin creșterea rolului Uniunii Europene. Experții mai menționează că veniturile remise de emigranți – care au constituit una din sursele creșterii economice, au crescut mult mai lent. Totodată, merită de evidențiat că, în anul 2018, în structura geografică a transferurilor personale operate de emigranții stabiliți peste hotare, zona UE a devansat pentru prima dată statele CSI (40% față de 33%). În ceea ce privește prognozele pentru anii viitori, analiștii anticipează o creștere de 3,5% a PIB-ului potrivit scenariului pesimist și 5,2%, potrivit scenariului optimist, cu mult sub nivelul optim de creștere de 7-8%.
