Experți: În jur de 17% din măsurile incluse în agenda reformelor prioritare nu au fost îndeplinite

Potrivit raportului asociației ADEPT, centrului analitic Expert-Grup și a Cntrului de resurse juridice, până aucm, au fost realizate 55% din măsuri, 28% au fost implementate cu anumite restanțe, iar 17% nu au fost implementate deloc. Cele mai mari restanțe Moldova le are în următoarele domenii: adoptarea noului cod al audiovizualului, reformarea Centrului Național Anticorupție, tergiversarea anchetei privind furtul din sectorul bancar din 2014 și implementarea reformei BNM, negocierile eșuate privind costul energiei electrice livrate în țară. Printre realizările principale menționate de experți sunt: promulgarea legii procuraturii, reorganizarea instanțelor judecătorești și a pachetului legilor de integritate, adoptarea strategiei de atragere a a investițiilor și promovare a exporturilor pentru 2016-2020, inițierea negocierilor pentru reformarea sectorului bancar și corespunderea acestuia principiilor Basel III, deblocarea negocierilor cu FMI privind noul program de colaborare, inițierea reformei administrației publice, dar și numirea guvernatorului BNM și a membrilor consiliului de supraveghere. Experții au analizat 69 de măsuri incluse în proiectul foii de parcurs de realizare a reformelor prioritare.
