Директор Института энергетики Михай Тыршу в комментарии одному из молдавских телеканалов заявил, что электроэнергия в Молдове могла бы стоить на 10% меньше, если бы не было посредников. Однако, по его словам, о более существенном снижении тарифа можно будет говорить только если национальная валюта начнет укрепляться. По данным анализа, проведенного Институтом энергетики,при котором учитывались производственные характеристики, цена на газ в размере 157 долларов за тыс. куб. м. и официальный курс доллара на 19 октября, стоимость 1 kWh составляет 4,5 цента. Если же прибавить 10% прибыли для Молдавской ГРЭС, то цена повышается до 5,2 центов. Мы покупаем электроэнергию за 7 центов за kWh. Мы видим, что есть возможность снижения цены при устранении посредника и заключения прямого договора с Молдавской ГРЭС. Для этого должно подключиться министерство экономики, правительство. Я убежден, что в таком случае закупочная цена электроэнергии может снизиться на 10-15%, - отметил директор Института энергетики Михай Тыршу. При этом он подчеркнул, что основная причина подорожания электроэнергии – это, все же, обесценивание лея. Причины обвала национальной валюты должны быть расследованы, считает эксперт. Однако, уже очевидно, что вина лежит на госструктурах. Мы предлагаем, чтобы власти удерживали тарифы для населения на том же уровне – 1,58 леев - и покрывали разницу, пока не будут повышены зарплаты и пенсии, - заявил Тыршу.
