Единый налог в IT предлагает ввести министерство информационных технологий. Исследования показали, что потенциал в этой сфере - просто огромный, и Молдова пока превосходит по IT-развитию соседние страны. Более того, экспорт информационных услуг постоянно растет. А главной проблемой остается коррупция и бюрократия, которая отпугивает инвесторов. В министерстве информационных технологий считают, что введение единого налога даст новый толчок к развитию отрасли. Это убережет IT-компании от лишних проверок. "Единый налог с оборота или продаж. Таким образом, мы не оставим места для интерпретаций налоговым инспекторам и представителям других контролирующих органов. Дело в том, что в Молдове государственные органы часто становятся репрессивным инструментом", - говорит министр информационных технологий Павел Филип. Ставка единого налога пока не установлена, но она не превысит 12 процентов. Согласно проекту, платить его будут все фирмы, которые станут членами IT-парков. Эксперты, между тем, говорят, что залог успешного развития отрасли - экономическая и политическая стабильность. Авторы исследования, проведённого в Молдове, считают, что по остальным параметрам наша страна превосходит другие государства Восточной Европы. "В Молдове очень быстрый интернет. Доступ к сети приближен к показателям стран ЕС и СНГ. IT-компании пользуются льготами, чего нет в других странах. И среди всех стран, где мы проводили исследования, в Молдове больше всего молодых специалистов, которые могут устроиться на работу", - сказал эксперт IDC Лауренциу Попеску. За последние годы экспорт информационных услуг в Молдове вырос на 35%. В 2013 году он составлял 57 миллионов долларов. А через три года эксперты прогнозируют рост до 110 миллионов.
