Opinie: privarea pensionarilor de dreptul de a munci, inacceptabilă

Nu este corect ca pensionarii să fie impuși să aleagă între pensie și muncă, a declarat joi pentru Sputnik Moldova Evghenii Brik, doctor în științe economice, comentând un proiect de lege elaborat de Ministerul Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei (MMPSF). Potrivit textului proiectului de lege, elaborat de MMPSF, pensionarii vor avea dreptul fie să lucreze fără dreptul de a primi pensia, fie să primească pensia, dar fără dreptul de a se angaja. Atâta timp cât omul are forță pentru a munci, atâta timp el trebuie să aibă posibilitate să se angajeze. Și nimeni nu are dreptul să-i interzică acest lucru. Pensia este plata pe care o primește omul pentru faptul că a fost de folos statului un anumit număr de ani, a remarcat Brik. Potrivit lui, intenția de a lăsa pensionarii fără dreptul de a munci contravine drepturilor omului. În Moldova, pensiile și de cele mai multe ori salariile, sunt mici. Cred că dilema "pensie sau salariu" ar pzutea fi rezolvată dacă cetățenii noștri ar avea pensii de 500 de euro. În acest caz majoritatea ar sta acasă cu nepoții, a spus Brik.
