Premierului Pavel Filip, în debutul ședinței Guvernului, i-a fost adusă o sticlă de whiskey care i-a fost pusă demonstrativ pe masa sa. Ulterior, prim-ministrul a explicat acest gest prin atenționarea instituțiilor de stat cu privire la fenomenul realizării alcoolului provenit din contrabandă prin intermediul site-urilor specializate. Şeful Executivului a menţionat că a primit informații din care rezultă că autorităţile exercită presiuni asupra întreprinzătorilor, favorizând, în acelaşi timp, pe cei care îşi desfăşoară activitatea ilegal. Drept exemplu, Premierul a adus în atenţie comercializarea ilegală a alcoolului şi accesibilitatea procurării băuturilor alcoolice fără mărci de acciz, accentuând necesitatea eliminării fenomenului contrabandei pentru a oferi condiţii egale tuturor agenţilor economici. „În ultima perioadă au început să se adreseze la mine mai mulți oameni de afaceri. Am primit chiar și un demers din partea unei companii că este abuzată de unii colaboratori vamali. Am transmis Procuraturii Anticorupției să vadă ei cât de corect a fost acțiunile unor colaboratori vamali. Deoarece nu cred că această companie s-a adresat la mine știind că are încălcări. Tot această companie mi-a sugerat ceva și m-am simțit foarte prost. Că tolerăm contrabanda, dar încercăm să îngenunchem pe alții care activează legal. Mă refer la băuturile alcoolice. Există un site în RM: 999.md. Am deschis acest site și din toate raioanele poți comanda băuturi alcoolice în cantități nelimitate. Iată astăzi dimineață au fost cumpărate 10 sticle de whiskey, care este fără timbru fără acciz. Acestea sunt vândute și prin restaurante. Poate sunt în vitrină sticle cu accize, dar în vânzare sunt contrafăcute. În RM noi nu vom fi în stare să avem dezvoltare economică, să plătim pensii și salarii decente, să facem investiții, atât timp cât nu vom activa în cadru legal, salarii în plic, vânzări fără aparate de casă, taximetriștii care își pun banii în buzunar, agenții de turism care activează „pe negru”. În acest domeniu trebuie să activăm prompt. Am deschis acest subiect aici deoarece aici sunt toți: Serviciul Vamal, MAI, SIS, Procuratura, CNA. Dacă nu știți să deschideți site-urile, veniți la mine, o să vă ajut eu. Nu pot activa lucrurile în așa mod. Voi fi foarte categoric în acest sens pentru a impune regulă. Deja acest demers l-am direcționat Procuraturii Anticorupție să vedem care a fost sensul acestor acțiuni. Trebuie să acționăm multilateral și toate instituțiile să intervină în forță. Vitalie Vrabie să prezinte raport”, a conchis Filip.
