Pavel Filip: Depunem efort şi suflet în modernizarea serviciilor guvernamentale

Guvernul Republicii Moldova, în parteneriat cu Banca Mondială, a lansat proiectul „Modernizarea serviciilor guvernamentale”, care va fi implementat de Cancelaria de Stat, în comun cu Centrul de Guvernare Electronică. În cadrul evenimentului, premierul Pavel Filip a accentuat că proiectul „Modernizarea serviciilor guvernamentale” va avea un impact pozitiv asupra cetățenilor şi a mediului de afaceri, prin oferirea de servicii publice guvernamentale mai eficiente şi mai calitative. „Cetățenii trebuie să aibă confortul necesar atunci când se adresează pentru servicii publice. Guvernarea electronică înseamnă schimbarea modalității de guvernare de pe verticală pe orizontală, datorită digitalizării deciziile se iau mult mai repede”, a spus Pavel Filip. Șeful Executivului a îndemnat autorităţilor publice centrale şi locale să depună efort şi suflet în modernizarea serviciilor guvernamentale. De asemenea, premierul a exprimat recunoștință echipei Băncii Mondiale pentru sprijinul oferit în implementarea proiectului e-Transformarea Guvernării. Prezentă la eveniment, Anna Akhalkatsi, director al Oficiului Băncii Mondiale în Republica Moldova, a felicitat Guvernul pentru demararea proiectului, reiterând suportul Băncii Mondiale în implementare. „Acest proiect se încadrează perfect în agenda de transformare digitală a Guvernului. Suntem foarte mândri că proiectul va ţinti în particular cetăţenii care au acces limitat la serviciile digitale”, a subliniat Anna Akhalkatsi. Prin intermediul proiectului „Modernizarea serviciilor guvernamentale” Guvernul își propune să reducă numărul serviciilor publice existente, să simplifice și să diversifice canalele de prestare a acestora și să reducă numărul de documente necesare în acest scop. Astfel, cetățenii vor solicita o bună parte din servicii doar prezentând buletinul, iar datorită schimbului electronic de date între instituții, durata prestării serviciilor va fi redusă semnificativ. Vor fi create cel puțin 80 de Centre Universale de Prestare Servicii în întreaga țară. Proiectul „Modernizarea serviciilor guvernamentale” va fi implementat în perioada 2018-2022 și are prevăzut un buget de $22,4 mil.
