Об этом договорились министр информационных технологий Василий Ботнарь и руководство профильных профсоюзов и патронатов. Нововведения коснутся 14 тысяч сотрудников IT-сферы и коммуникаций. Министерство открыто для диалога, важно обеспечить социальной защитой сотрудников сферы информационных коммуникаций. Мы и в дальнейшем будем вести диалог, - сказал министр информационных технологий, Василий Ботнарь. Коллективное соглашение представляет собой ряд льгот и положений, которые обеспечат социальную защиту сотрудников, предоставит им лучшие условия труда, что позволит не искать заработка за границей, - сказал глава федерации профсоюзов в сфере коммуникаций, Ион Пыргару. Итак, зарплата будет повышенна для всех категорий. Введут учет сверхурочных часов. Те, кто работает в тяжелых условиях и в ночную смену получит надбавку в размере до 50% от минимального оклада. Так же вводится надбавка за стаж. За 20 отработанных лет она составит 40% от базовой ставки. Льготы и конкретные положения станут частью коллективных договоров, которые будут заключаться с предприятием. это будет обязательным минимумом для всех компаний отрасли, - сказал глава федерации профсоюзов в сфере коммуникаций Ион Пыргару. Сотрудники смогут рассчитывать и на дополнительные выходные дни в счет отпуска по особым семеным обстоятельствам. Это плюс не только для работников, ведь создавая благоприятные условия труда, предприятие обеспечивает себя добросовестной рабочей силой, - сказал глава федерации патронатов в сфере телекоммуникаций, Теодор Чикликки. В ближайшее время профсоюзы разработают концепцию продвижения молодых специалистов. Цель - мотивировать подрастающее поколение не уезжать из Молдовы.
