Șefa Direcției generale finanțe din cadrul Primăriei Chișinău, Veronica Herța, a declarat în cadrul ședinței Primăriei de azi, 4 iulie, că în cazul majorării taxelor pentru cazinori în Chișinău există riscul ca acestea să nu fie deloc achitate, or există deja un precedent în acest sens. Potrivit Veronicăi Herța, acum câțiva ani când taxele pentru acești agenți economici au fost majorate, antreprenorii au atacat decizia în instanță și câțiva ani nu au achitat nimic. De asemenea, șefa Direcției finanțe susține că anul trecut, când au fost organizate discuții publice privind taxele locale, consilierii au respins propunerea funcționarilor ca taxele să fie majorate. Mai mult, Veronica Herța a declarat că nu sunt veridice calculele care prezic în bugetul municipal venituri de peste 80 de milioane de lei și că încasările ar putea ajunge la maxim trei milioane, or, în Chișinău în prezent activează doar patru cazinouri. Proiectul de aprobare a taxelor locale a fost discutat în cadrul precedentei ședințe CMC, decizia însă nu a fost aprobată deocamdată. Menționăm că fracțiunea PSRM din cadrul CMC a venit cu amendamente la acest proiect printre care și majorarea taxelor pentru cazinouri până la un milion de lei anual.
