Vinieta apasă greu asupra înmatriculărilor de autoturisme

În primele șase luni numărul de autoturisme înmatriculate în Republica Moldova, precum și vânzările de automobile noi s-au micșorat cu circa 30%. În același timp Serviciul Vamal a eliberat cu 22% mai multe viniete și a obținut un venit în creștere cu 77%. Vânzările de autoturisme noi, precum și înmatriculările au fost în scădere cu circa 30% , în primele șase luni, în comparație cu perioada similară din 2014. Tab Totodată Serviciul Vamal a eliberat în primele șase luni 153 199 viniete, cu 22% mai multe, față de perioada similară din 2014. iar venitul a fost în creștere cu 77% (33,7 milioane lei). Aici poate fi relevată o majorare, atât a numărului, cât și a termenului pentru care au fost eliberate vinietele. Această creștere poate fi motivată de faptul că din luna august 2014 a fost exclusă limitarea termenul de aflare a autoturismelor cu numere străine pe teritoriul țării noastre, cu condiția să achite vinieta. Astfel, pentru o parte din cetățenii țării noastre vinieta a devenit o metodă legală pentru a evita vămuirea la importul autoturismului. Potrivit calcululelor efectuate de experți, persoanele care aduc automobile în regim temporar, achită de opt ori mai puţini bani în buget decât cei care importă în regim permanent. Dacă se va continua în același ritm experții prezic falimentul dealerilor locali, care vând autoturisme noi, din cauza micșorării numărului de unități vândute. Până acum din partea autorităților nu au apărut informații care să combată aceste concluzii sau să fie adoptate măsuri de prevenire a utilizării abuzive a vinietei.
