В 5 миллиардов леев оценили убытки из-за засухи в Национальной федерации фермеров. Спасти урожай помогли бы современные системы орошения. Но сейчас регулярно поливают около 20 тысяч гектаров земли, а это чуть больше 1% сельхозугодий в стране. Семен Бурлеску из села Исаково Оргеевского района - фермер с 15-летним стажем. Он взял в аренду 100 га земли, на которой выращивает подсолнечник, кукурузу и сою. Фермер говорит, что урожай кукурузы был бы лучше, если бы на полях работали системы полива. Но денег на их установку и эксплуатацию у фермера нет. По словам фермера, урожай в этом году вдвое меньше прошлогоднего. Такого не было с 2007 года. Инвестиции фермера на каждый гектар посевных площадей составили около 4500 леев. Однако доходы будут в два раза меньше, то есть 2000 леев. Всего, по подсчетам производителя, убытки составят почти 200 000 леев. Однако страховать урожай фермер в этом году не стал. По его мнению, эта процедура в Молдове слишком бюрократизирована. Последний такой опыт был у него в 2007 году. Очень трудно было получить компенсации. Не могу передать, сколько мне пришлось побегать. Я поседел, пока получил причитающиеся мне деньги. С тех пор больше не оформляю страховку, - говорит он. В Министерстве сельского хозяйства точные данные о последствиях засухи представят через несколько дней. Было создано две комиссии: одна в рамках министерства, другая - при поддержке международной продовольственной организации. Они детально оценили ситуацию в стране, пока о компенсациях говорить рано, - говорит вице-министр сельского хозяйства Владимир Логин. Также в минсельхозе обещают работать над решением проблемы недостатка систем орошения.
