CFV21 va fi prezentată până la 26 iulie

Termenul de prezentare a Dării de seamă privind calcularea contribuției obligatorii în Fondul viei și vinului pentru trimestrul II al anului 2021 este data de 26 iulie 2021, informează Serviciul Fiscal de Stat.
 

În conformitate cu Ordinul SFS nr. 349/2021, declararea şi achitarea contribuţiilor obligatorii se efectuează până în data de 25 a lunii următoare trimestrului de raportare în care au fost eliberate documentele aferente tranzacțiilor efectuate de subiecţii contribuitori la Fond.
 

Prima perioadă de raportate pasibilă declarării conform modului stabilit de Ordinul menționat supra este 14 mai - 30 iunie 2021, care corespunde perioadei de raportare trimestrul II al anului 2021 (T/2/2021). Totodată, ținând cont de faptul că data de 25 iulie 2021 este o zi de odihnă, termenul de prezentare a Dării de seamă privind calcularea contribuției obligatorii în Fondul viei și vinului este data de 26 iulie 2021.

De asemenea, anunțăm despre plasarea formularului Dării de seamă privind calcularea contribuției obligatorii în Fondul viei și vinului (CFV21) în Sistemul Informațional Automatizat „Declarație electronică”.

 

Astfel, începând cu 22 iulie 2021, a fost asigurată posibilitatea prezentării Dării de seamă privind calcularea contribuției obligatorii în Fondul viei și vinului utilizând metode automatizate de raportare electronică.
