Conformarea contribuabililor cu riscuri de neconformare fiscală

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat asigură examinarea permanentă și identificarea segmentelor din economia națională cu risc sporit de neconformare fiscală. În scopul executării principalelor atribuții și obiective sunt aplicate măsurile de conformare voluntară. Conform Ordinului SFS a fost aprobată lista contribuabililor cu riscuri de neconformare fiscală, în număr de 5828 contribuabili, care începând cu 01.04.2017 sunt monitorizați de către SFS prin prisma Programului de conformare voluntară. În programul de conformare au fost incluse activităţile din economia Moldovei: Aplicarea măsurilor de conformare voluntară a contribuabililor are drept scop majorarea nivelului de disciplină fiscală a contribuabililor care se eschivează conştient de la plata impozitelor, taxelor şi altor plăţi obligatorii. Măsurile, acţiunile şi procedeele prevăzute în Programul de conformare şi utilizate de către SFS, s-au manifestat prin: 1. expedierea/înmânarea a 5593 scrisori de conformare; 2. organizarea şi desfăşurarea şedinţelor de conformare cu participarea a 2350 persoane cu funcţii de răspundere ale contribuabililor; 3. efectuarea a 427 vizite fiscale, care au avut drept scop explicarea legislaţiei fiscale, cu caracter consultativ, şi/sau stabilirea unor date de ordin general despre activitatea contribuabililor.
