Contribuabilii, satisfăcuți de serviciile prestate de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat

Pe parcursul anului 2018 a fost desfășurat un sondaj independent în rândul contribuabililor (persoane fizice și juridice) la nivel național, realizat de către S.C. Magenta Consulting SRL, pentru a evalua nivelul satisfacției contribuabililor de activitatea Serviciului Fiscal de Stat. Obiectivul studiului a fost determinarea percepției performanței Serviciului Fiscal de Stat în prestarea serviciilor-cheie de calitate, eficiență și transparență. Potrivit studiului, circa 69% din persoanele fizice intervievate și 76% din persoanele juridice sunt satisfăcute de serviciile oferite de către Serviciul Fiscal de Stat. Totodată, 63% persoane fizice și 82% persoane juridice au afirmat că SFS prestează serviciile operativ, iar conform opiniei a 73% persoane fizice și 87% persoane juridice, angajații SFS cu care au interacționat au fost amabili și au manifestat dorința de a-i ajuta. De asemenea, 71% persoane fizice și 80% persoane juridice susțin că SFS creează condițiile necesare pentru ca contribuabilii să respecte legislația fiscală în mod benevol. Printre dificultățile întâmpinate de respondenți a fost depunerea on-line a declarațiilor. Astfel, circa 35% persoane juridice au menționat că acestea se încarcă greu sau în unele cazuri nu se încarcă deloc, în special în ziua când este termenul-limită de prezentare. Notă: Sondajul a fost realizat în contextul implementării Proiectului de modernizare a administrării fiscale, având scopul de a ajuta Serviciul Fiscal de Stat să reducă povara suportată de contribuabili, să îmbunătățească conformarea fiscală și să sporească încrederea populației în profesionalismul și integritatea angajaților instituției. Rezultatele studiului au fost colectate în baza sondajului efectuat printre 1026 respondenți-persoane fizice și 549 respondenți - persoane juridice, care au interacționat cu Serviciul Fiscal de Stat.
