Controale inopinate la comercianții de flori din toată țara

 În scopul prevenirii comerțului ilicit cu flori, fără documentarea tranzacțiilor prin echipamentele de casă și control, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat va desfășura la data de 8 martie 2021 acțiuni de monitorizare și verificare la contribuabilii care comercializează flori în piețele autorizate și unitățile de comerț de pe întreg teritoriul Republicii Moldova.
 
Acțiunile se vor axa pe întreprinderea măsurilor de conformare, prin monitorizarea aplicării de către comercianți a ECC la efectuarea decontărilor în numerar, înregistrarea conformă a activității de întreprinzător într-o formă juridică de organizare.

 

Controalele respective vin în contextul creșterii cererii de flori vii în ajunul Zilei internaționale a femeii, fapt ce duce la sporirea riscului de nedeclarare a tuturor vânzărilor cu scopul de a diminua cuantumul impozitelor și taxelor aferente bugetului public național.

 

Autoritatea fiscală recomandă tuturor contribuabililor de a se conforma prevederilor legale, iar cumpărătorilor – să solicite bonul de casă la procurarea florilor, astfel contribuind la majorarea nivelului de conformare.
