Controale inopinate ale grupului mixt

Reieșind din rezultatele semnificative obținute în cadrul raziilor efectuate anterior la contribuabilii amplasați în raza de deservire a IFS teritoriale, la data de 18.11.2015, grupul mixt, din care fac parte funcționarii fiscali din cadrul IFPS și IFS pe mun. Chișinău, s-a deplasat în mun. Bălți, unde a fost verificată activitatea contribuabililor amplasați în teritoriul respectiv. În cadrul verificărilor funcționarii fiscali au analizat mai multe aspecte, cum ar fi:
  • Deținerea și modalitatea de utilizare a mașinilor de casă și control;
  • Deținerea documentelor de proveniență la marfa comercializată;
  • Prezența și veridicitatea timbrelor de acciz care sunt aplicate pe ambalajul băuturilor alcoolice și articolelor de tutungerie.
  • Alte prevederi ale legislației.
Astfel, au fost întocmite 37 de acte de control cu încălcări fiscale la contribuabilii ce desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător și 8 procese-verbale cu privire la contravenție în raza de deservire a IFS pe mun. Bălți, în rezultat urmează a fi aplicate sancțiuni în sumă totală de 311 000 lei. Menționăm că cele mai frecvente încălcări constituie:
  1. Nerespectarea regulilor de efectuare a decontărilor bănești în numerar cu utilizarea mașinii de casă și control – 27 cazuri;
  2. Lipsa documentelor de proveniență a mărfurilor comercializate – 20 cazuri;
  3. Activitatea ilicită de întreprinzător - 8 cazuri.
Întru conformarea la cadrul legal a tuturor contribuabililor per ansamblu, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat va asigura continuitatea acțiunilor de control și în alte unități administrativ-teritoriale.
