Facilitarea accesului la informații fiscale

În perioada noiembrie-decembrie 2021, autoritatea fiscală a realizat sondajul de opinie privind funcționarea sistemului de petiționare în cadrul SFS, prin intermediul Sistemului Informațional Automatizat „Evaluarea gradului de satisfacție a contribuabililor”. Chestionarul a fost completat de circa 250 de contribuabili.

Urmare a analizei datelor, menționăm că, din numărul total al respondenților care s-au adresat Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, 66% au făcut-o sub formă de cerere, iar a doua modalitate ca pondere o constituie solicitările de informație la care au recurs 18% dintre contribuabili. Alte forme menționate de respondenți se referă la demersuri și sesizări.

Referitor la motivul depunerii petiției în adresa SFS, datele se prezintă conform diagramei de mai jos.

 

Referitor la modul de depunere, respondenții au optat pentru următoarele opțiuni:

 

Procedura de depunere a unei petiții în adresa SFS este sesizată de către respondenți, conform graficului de mai jos:
De asemenea, 53% din persoanele care au depus petiții în adresa SFS au menționat faptul că au recepționat răspuns în termenul legal (30/15 zile), 37% - în termen rezonabil, în timp ce 10% au menționat despre depășirea termenului legal.
Precizăm că autoritatea fiscală națională pune la dispoziția contribuabililor mai multe modalități de comunicare întru facilitatea accesului la informații fiscale. Este vorba despre portalul www.sfs.md, care conține și un compartiment dedicat depunerii petițiilor online, și poate fi accesat la rubrica „Contacte”. La fel, orice solicitare poate fi expediată în adresa SFS prin intermediul poștei electronice mail@sfs.md. Totodată, puteți apela Centrul unic de apel al SFS la numărul de telefon 0 8000 1525 (apel gratuit), pentru a obține consultații în domeniul legislației fiscale și asistență tehnică în procesul utilizării sistemelor informaționale ale SFS.
