Instruire fiscală pentru administratorii sălilor de fitness

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a desfășurat la finele săptămânii trecute o ședință de conformare cu agenții economici care prestează servicii în săli de fitness. Astfel, 7 administratori ai celor mai mari săli de fitness din capitală au discutat cu angajați ai SFS despre perspectivele de majorare a gradului de conformare a contribuabililor, venind cu un șir de propuneri cu privire la optimizarea și perfecționarea procesului respectiv. Totodată, cei prezenți au înaintat propuneri privind metode de convingere pentru ca toţi prestatorii să-și onoreze obligațiile fiscale, pentru a asigura conformarea contribuabililor și condiții de concurență loială. Angajații fiscali au informat contribuabilii despre consecinţele nedeclarării tuturor veniturilor obținute, despre cazurile depistate de nerespectare a regulilor de efectuare a decontărilor bănești în numerar (lipsa mașinii de casă și control sau neutilizarea acesteia, admiterea excedentului sau deficitului de mijloace băneşti în casieria MCC), despre fenomenul „salariului în plic”, „ muncii la negru” și altor abateri de la legislație. Menționăm, că pe parcursul acestui an SFS a efectuat 96 de controale fiscale la sălile de fitness din capitală, în 67 de cazuri fiind depistate încălcări ale legislației în vigoare, cu aplicarea amenzilor în valoare de 275 mii lei.
